FREE program through which you measure and record your
progress and receive rewards for reaching your goals. By using
a pedometer to count your steps each day - from the time you
get up until you go to sleep - you can easily determine how
active you are right now, and then map out a plan for increasing
your activity over time. You can also use the conversion chart
(go to log steps) and convert other activities (swimming, biking,
strength training etc.) to steps and add those "steps" to your daily
total.
